Smooth small rounded piece of wood. Broom handle. Curtain Rod. You want the stick to be hollow and weightless. Body Bars would not be appropriate. I have a Pilates Stick and will link that below:

CLASS FORMAT 50-50 SPLIT :
4 min warm up
6 min cardio boxing
10 min fit stick cardio
10 min cardio step -fit stick style
30 minute total body strength training
5 min cool down and stretch

This will be a total body light weight sculpt and tone. Use your weighted vest, stability ball,various hand weights,fabric booty band, fit stick (a holllow stick) and step bench with 2-3 risers.
