Is it too hard for you to set aside an hour to go to the gym and work out? Micro workouts allow you to fit exercise into a busy schedule. So, what is a micro workout? Instead of doing normal workout sessions that are typically an hour or so long, you can sprinkle little bits of exercise in throughout the day. This can mean mini exercises at your desk or walking up and down the stairs. Micro workouts are great if you have no time to go to the gym. Research shows that doing micro workouts throughout the day can help boost your metabolism. ANY exercise is better than no exercise. This is especially important if you have a job where you are sitting a lot, limiting your daily movement. If you don’t have time to exercise but want to lose weight and stay healthy, mini-workouts throughout the day are perfect.
