Cardio trainnig to burn fat at home

The routine is very simple and you do not need any material to do it except comfortable clothes and desire to exercise. It consists of a block of 9 exercises that will be done for 30 seconds and without rest between them. It is repeated all 4 times with 30 seconds of rest between each repetition. It may seem a little confusing, but in reality it is very simple. All you have to do is put the video and do it.
