You need to focus on having whole, nutrient dense foods. Make sure you are eating lean proteins, fibrous carbs, complex carbs on days with resistance training for fuel and recovery, and essential fats.

Mistake #2: DOING TOO MUCH TOO FAST. As you get older, you can’t go as fast as when you were 20 and 30. There are ways to work out to get those same benefits, without going too fast and possibly causing injury.
