This is the longest fitness challenge I have created. And if you downloaded the program, you will see how much more detailed this particular challenge is. Anyone can complete this program. Unless you have some sort of health issues, then I would say consult with your doctor first. And once cleared, lets get to the gains!

It doesn’t matter if your goal is to gain muscle, or lose fat. This workout challenge can point you in the right directed of both! Just be consistent and Don’t give up on me! In this program you will be completed chest workouts, back workouts, shoulder workouts, ab workouts, arm workouts, HITT cardio workouts, and of course leg workouts. On some days you will be required to do them all as a full body workout. SO LETS BURN SOME CALORIES, SHRED SOME FAT, AND BUILD SOME MUSCLE!!
