Are you over 50 and finding it difficult to fit time in the day to exercise?
Sometimes 10 minutes is all you need!
I’m a great believer that 10//30 minutes a day can be just as beneficial if not more beneficial to your body.
So you can fit just 10 minutes in a day as I’m sure if we all checked our mobile online usage we would see we can easily waste more than 10 minutes scrolling on things that don’t bring us any benefit so at least before you sit down to scroll take 10 minutes just for you and your body and you will feel much better for it!
This exercise targets the shoulders and waist.
Be sure to keep your core engaged and tailbone tilted in a under while doing the exercise.
Do 8/12 reps and repeat 3/5 times.
