✨THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Strength and Abs Workout (Dumbbell Circuits) ✨

► EQUIPMENT: Medium to Heavy Set of Dumbbells

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️ 6 Circuits
✔️ 2 Moves Per Circuit (One Full Body Strength Move and One Abs and Core Exercise)
✔️ Timed Intervals (40 Seconds Work Per Exercise, 10 Second Rest)
✔️ Repeat Each Strength Exercise x 2 Sets Back To Back, Then Perform The Ab Exercise x 1 Set

► Workout Outline:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: Squat + Shoulders
Strength: Squat + Dumbbell Transfer (Shoulder to Shoulder 1 DB)
Abs: Chop + Press (Right)

2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: Deadlift + Back
Strength: Staggered Deadlift + Row
Abs: Chop + Press (Left)

3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: Lunge + Biceps
Strength: 2 Split Lunges + 2 Balance Bicep Curls
Abs: Push Up + Dumbbell Drag

4️⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR: Lateral Lunge + Triceps
Strength: 2 Lateral Lunge + 2 Balance Overhead Triceps
Abs: Skull Crusher + Leg Lowers

5️⃣ CIRCUIT FIVE: Legs + Chest
Strength: Deadlift + Clean + Squat
Abs: Push Up + Crossbody Knee Drive

6️⃣ CIRCUIT SIX: Glute Bridge + Press Overhead Pull
Strength: Glute Bridge + Chest Press + Hold Bridge + Pullover
Abs: Hold the World + Reverse Crunch + Switch

4 Uneven Squat Thrusters + 4 Overhead Marches
