20 Minute UPPER BODY KETTLEBELL Workout – Home Workout

Grab your Kettlebell for this 20 Minute Upper Body Kettlebell Workout. This follow along strength workout uses a range of exercises that challenges stability with the use of a kettlebell. Use a kettlebell that challenges you, but be sure to be safe when using a kettlebell as it has an uneven distribution of weight.

The 20 minute upper body kettlebell workout has 10 exercises with 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest.

Bicep Curl
Curl and Press
Single Press
Single Row L/R

If you are new to exercise please consult a physician before beginning an exercise programme. It is important that you gradually build up your level of training and focus on form and technique rather than completing as many reps as possible.
