Full Body Yoga Flow – 20 Min Vinyasa Yoga Flow: Intermediate – Yoga with Yana

Hey friends!

Join me for a quick 20 minute full body yoga vinyasa flow! We will start with a quick warm up to fire up the core and then get to our vinyasa flow. I encourage you to focus on your breath throughout the practice and take breaks if needed. We will reach a peak pose in this class (wheel pose) – you are welcome to challenge yourself and try it, however please be careful and listen to your body. If you feel like you aren’t ready to go into some poses, please stick to the beginner variations that are provided throughout the class.
